Balthazar Restaurant @ Soho in NYC
Restaurant website: http://www.balthazarny.com/ It's the french restaurant the you either have to wait for 1 hour or make reservation a head of time. I have been here twice and the experiences for both occasions are opposite. The first time our server is polite and nice, but the second time the server is impatient. His name is Oscar. I would never want to have him to be our waiter because it ruin our brunch on that day.

Steak Frites: for the price I would not order it again because the steak just taste like any other steak. It's not even a filet mignon. The fries is good though. I love their fries.
